Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!

Fucking horrible! They said that all of my molds were no good when half of them were good. I had to purchase another set of molds. I was in a VA PTSD inpatient facility when I purchased the grillz and when I was forced to order more molds if I wanted my grillz. Before I received the molds I left the VA. The VA will not send mail to our residence after we leave, they sent it back to them. I tried to contact someone about it and no answer or reply. I requested a full refund for the top and bottom set of grillz as well as the second set of molds I had to purchase and no answer or reply. I’m pissed!! Shitty customer service and I have not been able to my money back so far!!! I paid $320 for the silver 8 too and 8 bottom metallic white and $18.99 for the second mild kit.

Took weeks to send the kit, then before they shipped the mold kit, I requested a refund and they decided to make the label to ship that same day and still send the mold instead of refunding my money.
