We are based in Houston, Texas, United States and deliver our products domestically only on our website due to current high shipping fees for international deliveries.

We are committed to an express shipping of 2-3 business days for domestic orders. 

If there is a case of Covid, acts of God (weather effects,..) or unexpected delays (backlogs, lack of employment,...) from shipping carriers (UPS, Fedex, or USPS), we will really need your understanding and patience for such situations that are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we will always be there to work with shipping carriers to progress your package as quickly as possible.
