1. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

No. We do not ship our products internationally at this time if customers purchase their orders on our website. 

2. Do you offer free shipping in the US?

Yes. We offer free domestic shipping for both mold kits and finished products for those who are located in the US.

3. Do you include a return label for mold kits?

No. We do not. Customers are responsible for returning their molds back to our store properly per our shipping instruction. 

Please always keep the tracking number so we can track your package when needed.


1. Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You do not. We leave that optional to you. You can check out as a guest, but having an account will make your ordering process informative and faster for future purchases.

Plus, you will be the first one to know and take advantage of our limited deals, marketing emails as well as giveaways.

2. Can I order a product online and pick it up in a store?

When you choose a shipping option, it is up to you to choose mold kits to be delivered at your home and pick up your order when ready at our store.

3. Have you received my mold package yet?

After you send your mold package back to us and check the tracking saying "it was delivered", please do not worry. Our team will check and confirm with you as soon as we finish casting out your molds and checking them thoroughly. The process takes a bit of time, plus we receive lots of packages daily.

Always keep the tracking number of your returned mold package. That way lets us know the status of your package.

4. How long does it take to finish and ship out my grillz after you receive my good molds?

After receiving your good molds, we typically need 5 - 7 business days to get things done properly and shipped back out to you.

However, due to such unexpected events (Acts of God, Covid, Staff Shortage, Heavy Workload, Shipping Delays, etc), orders may take longer than usual. We will really appreciate your understanding and patience if this is the case. 



1. Do you offer a jewelry guarantee?

Because all grillz are custom-made for specific customers, we only guarantee the gold itself is real and exactly matches with a carat you requested at your check out. By the time you receive your order, if you grill set does not fit or somehow looks incorrect to what you requested, please immediately email our team at (please include your order number and pictures of your grill set in the message, it will help us help you faster).

2. Do you offer a jewelry insurance?

No. We do not. However, since we always want you to have a great experience with your grill, we provide some tips for your use. (Please refer to our basic terms to remember).

3. Why do my silver grillz get tarnished?

Silver material will inevitably get tarnished / faded over time due to its nature characteristics, so it costs less than gold.

However, if you take good care of your Silver grillz by not using them while smoking/drinking/eating, the shine should last longer than usual.

For cleaning purposes, you can just use warm water, soft napkins, and a hair dryer to clean up your grillz.
