How to Order Our Custom Grillz

HOW TO ORDER OUR CUSTOM GRILLZ

We understand buying any fine jewelry is considerate and lengthy, so our team is committed to provide you a simple, fast, and secure process for your great experience shopping with us.

• Step 1: You consider before purchasing

• You ensure to read and understand all our policies and product description of a grill set that you want to order. (Be clear about a grill position, a number of pieces, a material type, or dipping option)

• Step 2: You place your order

• After carefully picking all your order requests (i.e. type of gold, color, number of teeth, top and/or bottom,...), you proceed to make your payment via our secured and protected system.

• Step 3: We ship DIY mold kits to your address / welcome you directly to our store for molding.

• After you make your payment, we will confirm with you via email and deliver DIY mold kits to your address within a FREE 2-day shipping.

• If it is convenient for you, you can choose the option of coming to our store for molding. Just walk in and tell any of us about your order number (starts with # in the confirmation email), your full name and phone number. No appointment or call-in needed. This is the fastest way!

• Step 4: You send your molds back to us

• We believe you can easily make molds of your teeth by following our instruction. After that, you can ship your molds back to our address below:

• Step 5: We confirm the receipt of your molds

• After receiving your molds, we will immediately inform you via email/call/text regardless of whether or not your molds work. 
• If all of your molds are not usable, we will ask you to purchase another set of mold kits and start from step 3 again.
• If your molds work, then Great! We will still let you know.

• Step 6: We make and deliver your finished grill(z) to your address

• After receiving your usable molds, we instantly start our custom process for your grill(z) within 3 days maximum and then deliver final product(s) to you. Shipping time varies due to your location.

• If you choose to pick up your order at our store, we will contact you when your order is ready.
