We are pleased to offer free express shipping for both mold kits and finished products for all orders in the US.

If you travel or are located in Houston, you are welcome to pick up your order at our store.

NOTES

• Please account for an additional time for our customizing process.
• Custom-made orders can take a longer processing time of 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. 
• Your order will be returned to us if you are not available to receive your package or pick it up at the delivery company’s local station. We take no responsibilities for orders that are not picked up within this period. Customers are responsible for lost/missing packages or re-delivery charges for us to re-ship the packages.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELATION

All orders are customized uniquely, so all sales are final – no refunds/exchanges are accepted.

If you receive your order that is defective or looks incorrect to your requests, please immediately contact us within 24 hours after the delivery time.

If you want to cancel your order after placing it on our website, please immediately contact us within 24 hours.

If we have not sent out your mold package yet, there will be a 10% deduction for order cancelation from the original amount you paid.

If we have already sent out your mold package and you want to cancel your order, there will be a 15% deduction for order cancelation fee of those orders that value less than $150 and a 20% deduction for order cancelation fee of those orders that value greater than or equal to $150.

When we have already received your mold package and you want to cancel your order, cancelation and refund are not accepted.

When we have already sent out your finished product, cancelation and refund are not accepted.

When you receive your finished product and it does not fit you ok, we will always help you adjust it until it fits you ok. Cancelation and refund are not accepted.
