Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policies

Our job is only done when your order meets your expectation and fits you well. However, if your order has any issue, please no worries. We are here to help. Please follow our policies for each situation below:

  • If you receive your finished order and it does not technically fit you well, please immediately inform us within 24 hours, we think the mold had some issue. Therefore, we will send you new mold kits so you can make new molds and send back both the new molds and the current grill set with its current rock for our adjustment.
    (Please note: If we send you new mold kits for your order adjustment, you send everything back to us LATER than 14 calendar days. Your order adjustment is not approved anymore.)

  • If a buyer places an order and wants to cancel the order, the buyer MUST SEND US A DIRECT REQUEST of cancellation to our Etsy inbox within FOUR (4) HOURS OF PURCHASE or BEFORE we notify you a delivery of your mold kits. If you meet either condition above, there will be a 10% CANCELLATION FEE to the original price.

  • If a buyer places an order, already receives mold kits, and wants to request a refund or cancel the order:
    _There will be a 15% DEDUCTION FOR MOLD KITS AND CANCELLATION FEE of its original price for orders under $150.
    _There will be a 20% DEDUCTION FOR MOLD KITS AND CANCELLATION FEE of its original price for orders equal or above $150.
    (Mold kits can be thrown away and do not have to be returned to us after the cancellation and refund are made).
  • If a buyer places an order, sends back your molds to us, waits for the custom process to be done (have not been notified of a delivery of the finished order), and wants to request a cancellation/refund, there will be a 70% DEDUCTION FEE to its original price.

Other than these situations, because our jewelry is fully custom made and specific to each customer, all sales are final - no refund, return, or exchange is accepted.

When you place your order, it implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to take corresponding actions when needed.
